Receptionist
Our receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients. They play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, managing patient flow, and supporting clinic operations.
Duties and responsibilities include:

Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.

Answer phones promptly and professionally, handling scheduling, questions, and messages.

Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately.

Check in and check out patients, including verifying insurance information and collecting payments.

Maintain organized patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and basic data entry.

Coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow.

Handle patient inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate as needed.

Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service or medical office preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and friendly attitude.
Compensation for this position depends on experience but also includes; health insurance, PTO accrual, retirement contributions, STD policy and life ins FULLY PAID!
