Office Manager
This person must be organized, detail-oriented and able to lead the administrative operations of our outpatient physical therapy clinic. This role includes overseeing daily office functions, managing staff, and handling insurance and benefit verification to ensure smooth patient care and clinic compliance.
Duties and responsibilites include:

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including front desk and administrative staff management.

Hire, train, and schedule administrative personnel; conduct performance reviews.

Manage patient insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and benefits checks.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims and follow up on denials.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.

Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and financial reporting.

Resolve patient billing questions and coordinate with clinical staff as needed.

Develop, implement, and enforce office policies and procedures.

Track key performance metrics such as patient flow, cancellations, and revenue.

Liaise with vendors, payers, and other external partners.
Qualifications:

Previous office management experience in a healthcare setting required.

Knowledge of insurance verification, billing processes, and medical terminology.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Compensation for this position depends on experience but also includes; health insurance, PTO accrual, retirement contributions, STD policy and life ins FULLY PAID!
